Backoffice With WorkBook Backoffice Partner you will get a total solution, where you will never need to worry about financial operations again. In a digital workflow, financial data will always be up-to-date - handled by WorkBook specialists. Besides this, WorkBook's handling of financial project data and many available dimensions will give you a unique possibility to establish valuable and value creating management information. You will e.g. get answers to questions like - What are the clients’ contributions to the gross income? - What is the profitability in the various business areas in the company? - How high is efficiency / profitability on each individual employee? Together a monthly management-report "package" will be defined. It will give the company the perfect overview of the financial situation. One of the major mainstays in the monthly report-package is a checklist, which will provide certainty that all relevant actions have been performed. The checklist can also be used to pinpoint focus areas that need action. In other words, WorkBook provide the basis as well as overview to handle your core business in an orderly manner. Obviously you choose yourself if you want basis accounting service, sparring with a CFO or both. WorkBook is also able to offer temporary assistance at a competitive price-level. We make sure that the system is up and running and that all users feel comfortable with WorkBook from day one. Depending on which modules that are chosen, we will define a process and flow that guarantee a successful implementation. If your company only needs few modules, e.g. time registration and invoicing, it is possible to implement WorkBook yourself using our video-guides. After implementing WorkBook a considerably number of times, we have developed checklists that ensures that all important items are dealt with, to make sure that your company can start using WorkBook as fast as possible. Implementation of WorkBook (including new financial system and end-user training) can typically be done in 50-60 hours over 7-14 working days. Courses Once a month your local WorkBook Partner will arrange WorkBook Basic Courses for all WorkBook users.
