At WorkBook Software A/S, we are extremely aware of our responsibility related to the fact that the WorkBook system, first and foremost, must work impeccably 24/7. Our aim is that there should not be any technical problems related to the system and the up-time must be very close to 100%. However, we also feel a considerable responsibility related to helping when our clients and users face any kind of problem or need help and guidance.

So, besides developing a user-friendly, fast and stable ERP-system, naturally we have also focused on being able to offer a strong support function to our clients and users. This is why we offer a number of various support possibilities with a couple of things in common: All support questions are treated seriously and efficiently – and at the same time it is possible to get in touch with us 24/7.

The development of the WorkBook system is based on a high level of understanding our clients business as well as our user-driven innovation. Aligned with that, WorkBook Support is based on a fundamental understanding of a working day of our clients. Followed by a readiness to meet our client’s wishes when it comes to improvements and new features.
